Hi, I’m Maren – and I help women to make decisions that suit them.

I have always enjoyed supporting people. I wanted to study psychology straight after leaving school. But back then, everyone advised me against it – and as a young woman, you often do what your family thinks is right. So I studied business administration. “You can do anything with it,” I was told.

I studied in Germany and Spain and worked in various sectors – project management, controlling, export. I was organized, goal-oriented and committed. But inside, the question remained: What do I actually want?

For years, I kept going – at work, in my family, in everyday life. And in the process, I overlooked what I truly needed.
Until I finally allowed myself to take a closer look – and to follow my own path.
That question was the beginning of something new – and the first step toward my coaching training.

Today, I work as a life and business coach for women. I help women take back control of their direction – with clarity, courage, and a fresh perspective on what truly matters. No quick fixes, no pressure. Just honest questions, shared reflection, and space to take yourself seriously.

I have been involved in BPW, an international network for professional women, for over 20 years. There I have experienced how much strength is created when women strengthen each other. And how important it is not to have to do everything alone. For me, networking means real support, honest exchange – and new perspectives that help you move forward.
